Before You Begin
The Lyle C. May Case Repository has been organized to make publicly available case materials easier to locate, review, and understand. You do not need to read every document or explore every collection to benefit from the repository.
Whether you choose to read the Supplemental Motion from beginning to end or examine individual sources, each collection has been designed to stand on its own while remaining connected to the larger repository.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind
The repository contains publicly available court filings, legal authorities, trial transcripts, research materials, and other supporting documents. Many of these materials were created by different authors at different times and are presented here for research and reference purposes.
Whenever possible, readers are encouraged to review original source documents alongside the Supplemental Motion.
Explore at Your Own Pace
There is no single "correct" place to begin. Some visitors may prefer to start with the Supplemental Motion, while others may wish to examine the Source Verification Archive or browse the repository by topic.
Take your time, explore what interests you, and return whenever you wish.
